In such rare cases, we offer support as follows:
- Provide Photographic Proof: Send clear photographs of the damaged item to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. The photographs should clearly show the extent of the damage.
- Contact Details: Include your order number, full name, and shipping address in your communication with us.
- Contact us for returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. No returns/refunds without authorization. There is no warranty or return/exchange/refund after 14 days. No returns/exchanges/refunds on custom orders and items on sale.
- No Paid Return Labels: Consistent with our policy, Bloom Room Floral does not provide paid return labels. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with any attempted returns, including shipping and handling fees.
- Address Accuracy: Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
In the event a customer refuses to pick up their shipment from the postal service, leading to the return of the package to us, please be advised that Bloom Room Floral will not issue refunds for the item(s) or shipping costs. This policy is in place to address instances of abandonment, where the refusal to accept delivery results in additional costs and complexities for our company.
